Christmas Panda Cone IDR 23.000
Panda cone was the special menu in Shirokuma's Valentine edition.
This menu is very favored by the costumer, and Shirokuma decided to bring Panda Cone back again in Christmas version.
Save Our Snowman IDR 49.000
This menu is the collaboration between Shirokuma and food blogger "The Hungry Doctor" in December last year. This menu was very popular, so Shirokuma decided to bring it back again this year.
Maybe you're wondering why is this dessert named "Save Our Snowman".
In this case, there's a story about the sick Snowman. The only way to save this Snowman is only by injected him a matcha injection, that's why there is a matcha injection serve for you.
A little bit sad for the sick snowman to get injected, but it's also a fun way to eat this dessert, right?
Christmas Tree Parfait IDR 41.000
Cotton candy Christmas tree on top of a fresh fruity parfait.
This year, Shirokuma held an internal dessert competition for internal staff of Shirokuma. And this menu is originally made by Shirokuma's staff that joined the competition.
This is so good and bring fresh feeling to yourself.
Christmas Dessert Plate IDR 45.000
Shirokuma's top selling pudding served with Christmas tree soft cream and variety of toppings.
The star of this dish for me is the milk pudding. This pudding is so soft and sweet, it is so smooth that you don't have to chew it to eat it.
This dessert is such a good combination between matcha cake, matcha ice cream, and milk pudding, they are all match perfectly together. You should try it yourself.
Oh, and don't forget the little strawberry that looks like mini santa, so lovely isn't it?
Galaxy Snowman IDR 45.000

This dessert is so wonderful. It does really look like snowman in the galaxy.

ReplyDeleteHey, this post on Christmas Menu Launching was truly amazing. Those ice creams are so cute. I really can’t bear to eat them. Well, thanks for the photos. The Christmas food at my favorite LA venue was also very yummy. This time they arranged buffet dinner so it was quite affordable for everyone.
